The Black Brothers, Shay and Michael, are delighted to announce a forthcoming tour of Denmark with stellar keyboardist, Eamonn Flynn. The brothers and Eamonn are performing across Denmark, including the Irish Embassy. For dates and venues see the concerts page.

The Black Brother's new album Glackanacker is out now. You can order the album via the shop on The Black Brothers' website.

A online-only bonus track for this album called "Roller Bowler" can be heard and downloaded from the Glackanacker album page.

Brilliantly produced by John Doyle, this new album features a wonderful variety of songs—traditional & original, comical & beautiful. Brothers Shay and Michael, with talented band members Eamonn Flynn and Félim Egan, are joined here by other stellar musicians, including Colm O'Riain (fiddle, viola), Mick McCauley (accordion), Mike McGoldrick (pipes and whistles), John McCusker (fiddle), Duncan Wickel (cello), and Rick Epping (harmonica).

On backing vocals we are joined by Mary and Frances Black, Martin Black, Roisin O, Aoife and Eoghan Scott, Shosi Black, and Ciara Black.

Michael Black has released his first self-titled solo album on Compass Records. See the details of this new album on the album page.

The album has been produced by John Doyle. There is a wide variety of songs from shantys, to a song in Irish, anti-war songs and a number of chorus songs. Musicians on the album include John Doyle, Liz Carroll, Liz Knowles, Seamus Egan, John Williams, Chico Huff, Dirk Powell, and backing vocals include John Doyle, Mary, Frances, Martin, Shay, Eoghan Scott, Danny and Roisin O'Reilly.
