A veritable feast of Irish music is yours for the enjoying tonight as singer Michael Black and virtuoso multi-instrumentalist Jon Sanders take the stage at the Freight & Salvage on 12 November 2009. For more information click here
Michael will be teaming up with the virtuoso musician, Jon Sanders in November for a tour of California. Jon is a remarkable musician who is plays guitar/bouzouki/ukulele and has performed with many of Ireland’s best musicians as well as a host of international musicians.

Shay, Michael and Mary have confirmed their participation in the 19th annual Irish Festival Cruise. This has become a tradition for members of the Black Family and on the 2010 cruise they will be joined by some very special family "guests". The cruise runs from January 23-30, 2010 aboard MSC’s Poesia. We sail roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale and are calling on the lush tropics of San Juan, St. Maarten, Tortola and Nassau. This has become a wonderful way of meeting and partying with other great Irish singers and musicians. The 2010 cruise will include The Karan Casey Band, the great balladeer Johnny McEvoy, The Elders, Tommy Sands, to name a few. This is an event not to be missed. For further info: www.irishtours.com
Michael will give several concerts in June. He will also join the Black Family at the Skagen Festival in Denmark in July. See gigs for all details.
